Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oat milk
One teaspoon defender plus blend
One teaspoon healer plus blend
One tablespoon Silan (Date honey)
1 tablespoons Assam, Darjeeling
Preparation:
One tablespoon of Silk Spice Healer plus blend
One table spoon of Silk Spice Defender plus blend.
add the blends to a small saucepan, add the water and bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
Add the milk and Silan to the pan and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add the tea.
Cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Stir the chai, then strain it into a warmed teapot or directly into teacups.
